Naturally lean and flavorful, bison is an excellent alternative to beef. Even more so when it's 100% grass-fed and regeneratively pasture-raised like that from Force of Nature. Their three-pound Steak Pack includes three 6 oz. filets as well as three 10 oz. ribeyes. The latter cuts undergo a 21-day wet and dry aging process to break down connective tissues, resulting in a more flavorful tender steak. In addition, bison cooks roughly three times as fast as beef, making these ideal for short-notice meals.
