Glashütte has a rich watchmaking tradition that dates back to 1845. While Nomos didn't begin making watches until 1990, it carries on this tradition proudly. Its timepieces have relied exclusively on in-house movements for over a decade, exude a clean, minimalist style that draws strong influence from the Bauhaus, and rival their Swiss-made counterparts in quality.
