LA-based eyewear brand Barton Perreira has developed this classic rectangular silhouette sunglass dubbed the Damian exclusively for Wayne Enterprises and Uncrate. Named after Bruce Wayne's son, the Damian features Barton Perreira's signature Japanese acetate in translucent shadow grey frames with deep marine polarized and anti-reflective lenses or an absolutely flat matte black frame with dark nocturnal polarized and anti-reflective lenses. While the translucent shadow grey frames have more fashion-forward styling, the matte black frames are designed to ensure virtually no light is reflected off the frame itself for a more covert appearance. The glasses feature CR39 polarized lenses that have a "Vioff" backside anti-reflective coating that absorbs 95% of UV light compared to traditional AR coatings that only absorb about 57%. The Wayne Enterprise "W" logo is customized on the temple tip, and also covertly appears on the lens as a breath logo, only seen if the left lens is fogged. Each Damian frame comes with a custom co-branded Barton Perreira, Wayne Enterprises, and Uncrate pebbled leather presentation and storage box, sunglass case, cleaning cloth, and numbered authenticity card. Each pair is made by hand in Japan.
